We have a once in a lifetime opportunity for an experienced, talented and creative Executive Chef to join us in our US flagship restaurant of the award-winning brand, Zuma, in Miami.
Working closely with our US Corporate Chef, Oliver Lange, the successful Executive Chef should bring with them a wealth of creative knowledge and an eye for detailed presentation. By using only the best ingredients, the chef should be at ease with Japanese cuisine and understand how to bring the best flavors to the dish.
The next Executive Chef should have a highly impressive career background, having built their expert understanding of Japanese cuisine within only the most revered and regarded restaurants around the globe. Alongside your operational culinary talent, we need the successful chef to have an inspirational management style and be exceptionally passionate about the development of their team.
We are looking for someone to come and board to work closely with our US Corporate Chef on the fine details of the menu and kitchen development along with hiring and continuing to build a well-trained team ready for success.
With already having an array of award-winning restaurants around the world, the Zuma brand is NOT STOPPING! We have planned opening across the globe in luxury culinary destinations. From Madrid to the Maldives, from Saudi Arabia to Sardinia, from Los Cabos to Courcheval the next few years are going to be very, very exciting!
