Director of Marketing & Sales
You are very organized and delight in arranging all the moving parts to express a cohesive brand message per venue and overall. You are someone who is a strategic thinker with an eye to the future and able to create, communicate and promote ideas effectively. You are someone who is poised and confident as you navigate challenges tactfully; and you do this by taking psychological ownership of the Marketing & Sales Department while holding yourself and others accountable.
While creative in nature you also understand that market research, metrics and budgets are important too. As the marketing director you use your leadership skills, industry contacts and understanding of consumer behavior to help sell our services. You'll bring your professional marketing skills to conceive and analyze marketing strategies, brainstorm ways to attract business to our organization, oversee market research and stay on top of the fine dining and entertainment services that are or will be in demand.
We are seeking someone with a bachelor's degree in marketing or an associated field and several years of experience in marketing and sales in the hospitality, specifically the food and beverage industry.
