-Greets table, answers questions, makes suggestions regarding food and service. (16%)
-Presents check, accurately processes guest check payments and balances receipts at the end of the shift/day. (16%)
-Serves drinks from service alley and/or bar, serves meals from kitchen. (16%)
-Observes guests and responds to additional requests to determine when the meal has been completed. (16%)
-Communicate with guests; anticipates needs (20%).
-Keeps table cleared of used plates, trash, empty glasses. (8%)
-Follows all health, safety and sanitation standards. (8%)
-Table greeted, food/drinks served in a timely, courteous manner. Smiles at all times!
-Anticipates guests needs and responds to any problems--addresses both with an equal sense of urgency.
-Knows Cool River food, and how it is prepared.
-Serves a three/four table station maintaining all Cool River service standards throughout the shift.
-Personal appearance to Company standards each day/shift.
-Supports other front-of-house functions.

-Deposits cash drops and secures bank.
