  • -Uses pars from the daily production chart to prepare products. (39%)
    -Sets up and maintains section during shift. (4%)
    -Follows standard portion control in assembling dishes from the line. (8%)
    -Mentally processes no fewer than 1.2 orders per minute from the Expeditor while assembling plates. (8%)
    -Communicates with Expeditor. (1%)
    -Assembles no fewer than .8 plates per minute during high-volume business periods. (8%)
    -Assembles items to order. . (14%)
    -Cleans and maintains equipment and counter/work space. (16%)
    -May assist other line positions. (2%)


  • -Maintains Cool River products standards; follows recipes and procedures, as well as proper portion and yield controls.
    -Knows Cool River food and how to prepare to standard.
    -Maintains all Company policies, health, safety and sanitation standards.
    -Personal appearance to Company standards each day/shift.
    -Communicates clearly to all other line positions and Expeditor.
    -Maintains job function in support of other job functions within restaurant.
