We're on a mission to build intuitive, personal help and anticipatory technology into one of the most important spaces in our lives: our home. As a startup at the intersection of four multi-billion dollar industries- real estate, technology, service and commerce - Hello Alfred is a new kind of company, that's trusted to serve consumers past their front door.
As an Alfred Concierge you are responsible for setting the tone of the building. You will be the first point of contact for current and prospective residents coming and going from the building. The ideal Alfred Concierge will love engaging with people, have a 'can do' attitude and be a problem solver.
How you'll help us to be successful
-Greet and engage with residents as they are coming and going from the building
-Ensure the building is safe and secure for residents and employees
-Partner with residents to ensure they are maximizing the building amenities and associated technology
-Manage and update building resident profiles
-Ensure rules of the building are followed by all residents
-Answer questions for residents as needed
-Receive and distribute packages, dry cleaning, laundry, etc. for residents
