Husk Nashville is in search of a Butcher to join our Award-Winning Culinary Team!
We are looking for those eager to expand their culinary knowledge and work alongside a team of true hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, reliable and excited to work with locally sourced ingredients to create an unforgettable experience for our Guests.
Applicants should have at least 1+ years of butcher/cooking experience in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are comfortable multitasking and prioritizing their job duties and are skilled in large scale food production and refined plating techniques. Experience with quality and production control as well as the storage of meat and fish desirable.
* Dinner only Monday-Friday
* Brunch + Dinner Saturday and Sunday
* Compensation: $15-$21/hr (depending on experience)
* Benefits: 50% paid medical insurance + affordable dental, vision and life insurance after 90 days, paid PTO after 6 months, discounted dining in our restaurants.
