What Will I Be Doing?

St. Joe Hospitality is hiring multiple guest service positions for the upcoming 2021 season. Positions are available in multiple departments, but all positions have the potential to interact with guests and members visiting. We have some positions available to start immediately and others to start in late January.WaterColor Beach Club - Server, Bartender, Food Runner, Experienced Cooks, Beach Attendant Scratch Biscuit Co - Cashier/Expo, Cooks WaterColor Inn - FOOW Server, FOOW Greeter, FOOW Food Runner, TGS Bartender/Server, Experienced Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants WaterSound Beach Club - Server, Gate Attendant, Food Runners * The Pearl Hotel - Havana Beach Server Assistant, Havana Beach Greeter, Rooftop Server, Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Turndown Attendant

What Experience is Needed to Be Successful?

In order to be successful in any of the roles available, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition, we are looking for individuals with positive attitudes and have the ability to work with a variety of people. It is a must that you are open to learning new skills and can adapt to organizational and environmental changes as they arise. Your schedule must be flexible to work when our guests are enjoying our facilities. Which means days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Have the ability to report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in compliance with company's Dress Code Policy.

What are the Physical Requirements of the Job?

Employee must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, be able to overhead reach and be able to properly move or lifts up to 25lbs throughout shift. Employees will spend a significant portion of shift in the outdoors, employee must be able to withstand outside temperatures and still perform effectively.
