Description ABOUT US At The Breakfast Club we are an influencer café where vloggers and social media stars come to socialize. Located right in the heart of Hollywood at 1600 Vine, The Breakfast Club will be at the forefront of influencer culture. The 7500 square foot restaurant will feature a fast casual breakfast restaurant, seating plan that can be booked in advance, and a small film studio for verified creators to use. Open daily from early morning until late-night, The Breakfast Club will be top of the list of places to visit for tourists experiencing Hollywood as well as a beacon for locals looking for a late-night bite, a leisurely brunch or a creative and vibrant spot to enjoy a meal and keep connected to their favorite social media platforms. Lastly, the menu, created by iconic chef and restaurateur Jason Neroli of Rose Café fame, and the cocktail menu crafted by the acclaimed mixologist from Bar Lab, elevate the entire restaurant experience. POSITION SUMMARY The Server contributes to the success of the Restaurant by ensure every Guest receives unparalleled food and beverage service throughout their dining experience with warmth, enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence in guest obsession. Essential Functions Statement(s) * Demonstrates a commitment to excellence through execution of Seaside on the Pier service standards. * Knowledge of all table numbers and floor plans. * In-depth knowledge of all food and beverage products. * Knowledge of all other areas of the restaurant. * Utilizes Star Selling salesmanship techniques. * Executes clear and concise verbal and written communication. * Works scheduled food-running shift as needed. * Efficient use of the point of sale system. * Accurate in cash handling and knowledge of forms of payment accepted. * Practices and understands alcohol awareness. * Executes tray service delivery. * Executes beverage tray service. * Demonstrates professional and gracious demeanor at all times. * Personally handles all guest inquiries. * Performs all opening, running, and closing duties to standard. * Performs any job functions requested by the leadership team.
