Title of Position: District ManagerJob Responsibilities: The District Manager directs the General Managers of multiple properties to achieve optimum financial performance and continual improvement in profitability, reputation management and guest/employee satisfaction while ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures. The District Manager will also participate in hotel site tours when needed, actively participate in revenue planning, and provide support to each General Manager for training resources and a professional work environment. The District Manager will spend 70% of their time at the hotels and inspect for compliances in the following areas: safety, health, security, risk prevention, loss prevention, room inspections, curb appeal and overall brand standards.
