SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The PAR Program Analyst, Cafe Technology plays a pivotal role in working as part of a team of delivery-oriented problem solvers, to deliver and support technology solutions in our 900+ cafes. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of effective technology solutions to the field.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to create transparency to project operations for the rollout of our new Point-of-Sale and other Cafe Technology initiatives
  • Provide analytical support to our Point-of-Sale program and other Cafe Technology initiatives
  • Execute and create technical / automated solutions to drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with vendors to monitor the rollout of Cafe Technology projects with a primary focus on our Point-of-Sale rollout
  • Update program artifacts and tools
  • Review, execute, track and report on Quality Assurance activities across multiple technology platforms and teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to track deliverables and issues as it relates to our new Point-of-Sale and other Cafe Technology initiatives


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Project Management, Point-of-Sale implementations preferred
  • Experience with Project Management tools, Monday.com and JIRA preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience preparing project schedules and weekly status inputs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Possess high professional standards, approach, and demeanor with a customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, remote, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment
  • Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance; detail-orientation is a must
  • Franchisee and QSR experience a plus


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience/certifications may be considered in lieu of degree
