The Hub has an opening for a full-time University Staff (unclassified) Healthcare Concierge (Administrative Assistant II) position.

The Healthcare Concierge will be supporting 300 faculty who office out of The Hub. The Hub is a new alternate workspace concept intended currently for faculty who are mostly clinical, and do not have an assigned office. This new modern space offers comfort, amenities, diverse workspace and regeneration/resiliency options, and innovative technology for individuals approved for assignment and access to this space. Open normally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through badge entry, The Hub offers reservable workspaces, dedicated telehealth offices, teleconferencing spaces, day-use lockers, cable television, sleep pods, soft seating, Wi-Fi connectivity, concierge service, IT support and more to meet the needs of busy faculty. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (hours subject to change).

Specific job duties include (but are not limited to):

* Provide general office support including ordering supplies, calendar management, mail management, etc.
* Perform reception duties including answering incoming calls and greeting faculty members at the front desk
* Maintain phone lists and faculty information
* Schedule and organize offices and conference room spaces
* Complete functions related to mail, packages, and dry cleaning services
* Correspond with faculty by phone, email, and scheduling software
* Manage inventory electronically and liaise with current vendors
* Maintain and manage office and kitchen supply inventory and restock regularly
* Work with Facilities to ensure daily cleanliness of offices and common spaces
* Prepare and distribute the monthly Hub newsletter
* Provide notary services

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position has been established at $34,752-$38,424.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.

The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

This position is eligible for overtime compensation.

Minimum Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in an administrative support position

Substitution: College or university course work appropriate to the work assignment, may substitute on a year for year basis for the experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3 years of administrative support experience in an academic medical, healthcare or higher education setting
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
* Healthcare concierge experience
* Proficiency with computers and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
