Job Description

The role of the Corporate Community Concierge is to offer white glove customer service while also displaying a bubbly and enthusiastic personality. You will assist our employees, visitors and clientele via face-to-face interaction, email, and phone, providing prompt, courteous and customer-oriented services. You will make recommendations and offer suggestions, as well as fulfill employee and visitor requests to satisfy their needs. This position requires exemplary hospitality skills, knowledge of the local area, and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Working out of our Culture Café our employees and visitors will seek your assistance with everything from food service inquires and information, to meeting room bookings, to AV support and IT assistance as well as any other aspect of their working life whilst working within the Culture Café. You will possess a true passion for helping people through the services we provide and enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of the people you interact with day to day. You will perform services such as:

* Welcome employees and visitors to the space with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Recommend appropriate spaces for them to work, and advise on the functionality of the space
* Support training of new employees on how the space works, what services are available for them, and how to engage the Cultural Café Team to support personal effectiveness
* Respond and anticipate various customer preferences and manage potential clashes of shared or common spaces
* Support employees on the use of relevant technology within each space according to their requirements
* Advise on meeting locations, room layouts, hospitality services, and AV support
* Curate spaces within the Culture Café to optimize their performance
* Welcome and orient teams, coordinate hospitality, and check in throughout sessions; sensing opportunities to re-energize teams with snacks and drinks
* Work closely, and collaborate with, Events Manager on planning, hosting, and execution of team building and promotional events - a combination of live onsite, offsite, and virtual
* Perform as the nominated event host and serve as the end-to-end service contact for event experience, troubleshooting, and attendee needs
* Source and coordinate relationships with local vendors to promote additional onsite services for employees such as, dry cleaning, auto detailing and massage therapy
* Participate in onsite events promoting concierge services and new initiatives
* Provide uncompromising service to employees by arranging personal and convenience services
* Perform general information research on products and services
* Research and assist with gift recommendations, event planning, household service requests
* Research local hotel suggestions and make transportation arrangements
* Respond to emails from employees and visitors to coordinate arrivals
* Keep up to date with events occurring in the local area
* Update digital content and promotions
* Work with customer data analyst to provide actionable insights for the customer facing teams
* Project an approachable and professional image always
* Respond to employee and client requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, without exception
* Maintain a clean and organized working environment
* Be able to adapt to schedule changes as needed to ensure appropriate staffing of desk
