Job Description

Overview Plan, organize, implement, oversee, and support the day-to-day activities associated with restaurant maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance programs, program rollouts, asset replacement, and leasehold improvement projects in assigned areas. Includes managing timelines, third party vendors, contractors, suppliers, budgets, and costs. Must have the ability to work independently and in the field/remotely. Responsibilities * Ensure preventive maintenance programs are performed * Vendor sourcing, management, and performance accountability * Equipment rollouts and replacements * Manage Corrigo software and utilize software to manage repairs, venders, timelines, and accounting/billing aspects of maintenance * Troubleshooting, analysis, and guidance to restaurant locations * FFE lifecycle analysis and replacement vetting * Perform regular assessments at restaurant locations; advise on R & M issues. Address concerns and initiate corrective action plan; follow up and evaluate completed projects * Assess vendor quality and performance; solicit and implement new vendors; establish vender bundling by region * Establish and maintain relationships with restaurant operators, operation team education programs * Provide updates and tracking on required services * Prepare budgets, project financial reporting, regular project status reporting and schedules * Manage program rollouts * Manage repairs including but not limited to roofing, flooring, painting, refrigeration, HVAC, Hoods, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, parking lot, signage * Seek out and develop new facility programs in the best interests of the company * Support and implement company systems and policies that enable team to work efficiently and effectively towards company goals. * Responsible for research of industry trends; provide information and participate in ongoing development of new product opportunities and upgrades to existing facilities * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in business or trade related plus two to four years of related restaurant experience; or equivalent combination thereof. * Experience with Corrigo software preferred * Restaurant industry specific experience preferred * Bi-Lingual a plus * The ability to travel up to 50% domestically is required
