You are a highly strategic thinker. Setting goals and priorities, creating and executing plans, measuring KPIs and metrics, owning P&Ls, and aligning tactics with key results all comes naturally to you.
You are curious, constantly seeking opportunities to improve, optimize, and innovate on product offering and packaging.
You're a fantastic team player and manager. You've collaborated with and managed external marketing resources and internal cross functional teams. You work smarter and also know when to roll up your sleeves.

What will you do?
Work directly with our CEO to create and implement Eclipse's marketing goals, strategies, launch and long-term plans, deliverables, and budgets across various channels.
Create scalable and consistent brand foundation and identity, plan, and execute the correct channel strategy based on where the company is today, as well as thinking several steps ahead.
Own tracking and driving department and campaign performance, KPIs, and metrics, aligning tactics with key results and keeping big picture ROI top of mind.
Own P&L and develop volume and velocity driving programs, relying on your creativity, smarts, talent, and resourcefulness to make a big impact on the business
Engage cross functionally with sales, operations, and other departments to proactively plan out marketing support, determine channel mix, and accomplish company-wide goals.
Guide the product and packaging innovation pipeline leveraging data to unlock opportunity now and in future state.
Own relationships with creative partners, working to establish brand essence and positioning, and agencies such as PR.
