We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help elevate our brands, engage our customers, and expand all our initiatives for social media, and marketing. You'll be responsible for spearheading the marketing department from planning and strategy, to execution and reporting/optimization.

This is an on-site role.


  • Develop strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness about our company and drive traffic to our restaurants
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to increase sales and overall customer satisfaction/engagement
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, social media, copywriting, performance analysis, and third-party advertising
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media platforms that attract increased sales
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and POP materials
  • Uniform branding and identify opportunities within each establishment to improve ambiance and sales
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new restaurant openings and new products etc, including but not limited to social media, in-store marketing collateral, email campaigns, digital offers, and events
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that both drive new guests to the brand and increase guest return visits
  • Work with restaurant operations to develop revenue-driving marketing strategies for individual locations
  • Seek out new partnerships for co-marketing opportunities and lead the team in executing events that will attract new guests and excite existing guests
  • Set a visual vision for the brand and work with graphic designers to execute all visuals both physical and digital
  • Monitor campaign progress and share performance reports
  • Control marketing budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends


  • Strong understanding of the Miami food scene as well as like-minded businesses and tastemakers to partner with
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passionate about marketing techniques and staying current with best practices
  • Extensive knowledge of social media including but not limited to FB, Tiktok, Instagram, Yelp and Google my Business
  • Must have experience leading and managing a team
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Thanx, other CRM platforms
  • 2-5 years marketing experience; experience with a growth retailer or restaurant group is preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Suite preferred
  • Customer-oriented approach to communication
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Asana
  • Experience in social media trends and best practices
  • Must be a self-starter and able to meet internal deadlines
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
