Our high retention rate is proof that team members really enjoy working at Chick-fil-A.Position Overview:Overview: The Talent Leader will serve as part of the organizational leadership team and will be responsible for developing and implementing the talent programs and systems to meet the ever-growing needs of the business. They will create a safe environment of service-oriented leaders that attract and retain people in the food service distribution industry. This safety focused person will make certain all DC operations exceed all OSHA, food safety, DOT and federal, state and local requirements. This leader will have the opportunity to create the human capital strategy, procedures and policies used throughout the distribution network and will support the drive for supply chain innovation unique to the food service industry. This position is based in our Atlanta restaurant located on Cascade Road.Responsibilities:Support Chick-fil-A Supply culture, vision and strategy, by leading the organizational commitment to Care, Safety, and ExcellenceMaintain and Develop on-site training policies and proceduresWork alongside with team members to maintain a standard of service that complies with Chick-fil-A trainingLead effort to maximize employee retention and reduce turnover, including managing employee training programsMinimum Qualifications:5 Years of Training Experience (Chick-fil-A preferred)Policies and proceduresTraining programsHuman resources risk and complianceWorking knowledge of Quick Service Food Industry Great ability to lead and develop talentSelf-starter with excellent project management and organization skillsHighly motivated with strong interpersonal skills; a team player, yet able to work independently when necessaryRoutinely shows interest/knowledge in and offers suggestions / solutions for continuous improvementExceptional problem solving and communication skills, detail oriented, creative, and has strong organizational skillsAble to anticipate needs, lead multiple projects, and manage shifting prioritiesExcellent command of both written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor Degree or equivalent experienceExperience in food service distribution
