We are looking for a passionate candidate that will work to earn these accolades alongside their team, every piece, every time.We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Manager to help oversee the running of our restaurant. To be successful as a Manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.Qualified candidates must be charismatic, dependable, and experienced with natural leadership abilities. They must have a passion for this industry and truly understand customer service. Minimum 4 years management experience in a full-service restaurant Working knowledge of all aspects of front and back of the house operations Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others to perform Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines Maintain the highest standards of quality in food as well as service Recruiting, develop and supervise staff Forecast business trends for company operations Review P regularly with Regional Manager to ensure that key financial targets (food cost, labor, etc) are being met Monitor repairs and maintenance issues Monitor morale of the staff and check in with all employees on a regular basis Ensure that food quality and guest experience meet brand standards at all times Ensure compliance with all company standards and brand standardsJob Type: Full-timeRelated keywords: general manager, manager, assistant manager, restaurant manager, hotel
