Job Requirements:
- Emailing travel itineraries to travelers
- Confirm all reservations prior to travel
- Oversee all travel and accommodation arrangements
- Finalize travel arrangements including tour packages, airline transportation, etc.
- Convert travel industry accounts to offer travel insurance plans
- Maintain records related to travel
- Coordinate simple to complex business travel itineraries, including air travel, car rentals, hotel arrangements, and other travel related special needs
- Procure hotel space for extended stay travel
- Ensure all travel needs and concerns
- Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
- Advise travelers on travel options to address all travel needs at the best cost
- Serve as primary agent for all domestic and international travel
- Notifying the plan of members travel arrangements
