The essence of the role of our Guest Services team is to provide excellent, caring customer service to every client at the Spa.

The Spa at the Inns of Aurora, delivered by Rasa Spa, is hiring full-time and part-time staff to work at the award-winning, Four Diamond, and Traveler's Choice, Inns of Aurora. The Spa at the Inns of Aurora, by Rasa Spa, is a brand new 15,000 square-foot building set to open in the spring of 2021. The Spa offers a holistic approach to wellness for the body and mind that promotes deep healing and harmony within a luxury setting surrounded by nature. Housing 10 treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor hydrotherapy options, and a large outdoor co-ed sauna, The Spa at the Inns of Aurora, by Rasa Spa, is truly a destination.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow direction
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferences
  • Proficiency in current spa booking software
  • Experience working in the spa industry
  • Experience working in retail sales and merchandising

Special Requirements
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to move quickly through 15,000 square-foot space, including up and down stairs
  • Experience in retail merchandising and sales will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Genuine positive attitude
  • User-level computer skills
