THIS IS A CORPORATE POSITION Responsibilities The CX Activation Specialist will support the Customer Experience team's effort to lead the brand vision and strategic initiatives related to delivering a simple, differentiated and personalized digital and restaurant experience including the Papa Rewards loyalty program and strategic partnerships with aggregators. He/she is responsible for coordinating execution of strategic Customer Experience led initiatives for the Brand across multiple cross-functional teams including Tech, Ops & Marketing. He/she will oversee the launch of these new consumer experiences from development, testing and initial launch.• Ensure that there are clearly articulated objectives, scope, KPIs, etc. fully aligned by stakeholders• Act as the single point of contact for the coordination of a complex set of workstreams/projects concurrently as wellas integrate change management strategies where applicable• Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize negative effects and achieve program goals for the customer, teammember and broader restaurant operation.• Prepare and review project documentation to ensure key milestones are achieved• Draft reports and slide briefings for executive leadership• Provide post-mortems and learnings to ensure continuous improvement Qualifications • Analytical Skills: effectively uses data to generate insights for operations excellence • Planning & Prioritization: highest impact, highest value • Financial & Business Acumen • Communicates Effectively and Candidly • Problem Solving; ability to use rigorous logic to solve problems with innovative effective solutions • Process Improvement: Strive to continually improve • Ability to communicate, collaborate, coach and mentor effectively at all levels in the organization • Experience with visualizing data, analytics, and alerts/notifications a plus • 1-3 years of experience in customer experience, project management, marketing, or related field • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field • Proven ability to produce high-quality work quickly, iterating toward the best solution Overview Exciting things are happening at Papa John's corporate restaurants.
