HSS is currently seeking a Bilingual Compliance Specialist to support our Corporate team out of our Atlanta offices located at 100 Glenridge Point Pkwy N E #400 Atlanta, GA 30342. Interested applicants will be expected to make this commute daily.

Job purposeThe role of the Compliance Specialist consists of reviewing background checks, I-9's, E-verify and other required screening to assure all onboarding is completed correctly. They also assist with pulling information for client and internal audits and also pushing new compliance initiatives to the field.Duties and responsibilitiesReview I-9s, supporting documentation, and E-verify completion of candidates for accuracy and complianceReview E-Verify website for incomplete and/or open cases to closeReview all new hire documents in AvionteDaily communication with field employees to support compliance requestsAssist with internal auditsEscalate background checks for Compliance Manager to reviewBuild positive and productive working relationships with field by providing feedback, direction and guidance on policies and procedures.Other projects as assignedQualificationsWorking knowledge of new hire forms such as I-9 documentation, tax forms etc.Ability to work independentlyPosition will require an individual willing to assist with training field support and consulting them to continuously improve corporate complianceBilingual in Spanish Preferred but not requiredAt least 1 year experience in an HR relevant role/ compliance/CredentialsBasic/Intermediate ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability of handling confidential materialBasic knowledge of personal computersExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to deliver information for processes to the field using coaching, training and communication skillsHigh attention to detailWHAT WE OFFER:Health Benefits after 60 days, 7 Paid holidays, 120 hour paid time offLaptop and cell phoneOngoing training and developmentCompetitive salaryCareer growth opportunitiesIf you meet the requirements and this job meets your skills and interest, please apply with your resume and your hourly pay desired for consideration.
