Our Marco's is now hiring a General Manager for immediate start dates. If you are a strong leader and enjoy leading a crew to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced restaurant environment we want you to help lead our restaurant team!
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
- Training, coaching, and developing a strong Marco's team.

- Leading in financial areas of the restaurant by attaining sales growth, cost management, and profitability.
- Learning Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives.
- Focusing on achieving results without compromising guest service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant.
- Connects with the community & establishes partnerships that grow our brand.
- Proven experience as a restaurant GM, QSR experience preferred. Marco's pizza experience is a plus!
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
