Do you get a thrill out of hospitality and managing properties?
You will have the opportunity to manage short term rentals. In this role you will respond to all inquiries, maintain 90% occupancy on portfolio, review listings and ensure all welcome letters are current. You will be in charge of making sure cleaning procedures are followed by conducting inspections and maintaining communication with guests during stays to ensure they have a pleasant stay that results in a positive 5 star review.
We help seasoned investors with multiple properties find high ROI single-family opportunities and fill them with quality tenants who treat the home like it's their own through our diligent screening process.

Takes initiative to create new processes (Ex. help create 'Experience Packages' for clients - birthdays, anniversary, etc) to increase productivity and revenue.

You have reliable transportation to get to properties for site visits.
Any "MacGyver" skills are a plus!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
The Executive Co-Host will input new properties and create content specific information for the home-welcome letters, along with a personal landing link. You will also set-up key access and make initial contact with guests within 48 hours of booking. You will research and plan competitive market pricing and specials. You will also research upcoming events in order to plan appropriate pricing on the platform 120 days in advance on a revolving schedule.
You will be responsible for responding to all guests within 15 minutes of inquiries. You will hire and train cleaning staff as well as conduct supply drop offs. You will provide rent collection notices and answer / transfer phone calls. Last but not least, you will file claims for damages and schedule work order repairs for short term rentals.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE
Proficient in Word & Excel (creation of tracking spreadsheets; input data) and written communication
Highly organized and time management
Must enjoy researching and be investigative
Responsible and attentive to details
Bi-lingual would be a plus (Spanish)
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO GET
$30,000 to $40,000 salary
New property bonus of $100 (1 a month or more)
Gas allowance 2 fill-ups a month (totaling $100)
Flexible schedule in between the times of 7am-7pm
Family owned business
Travel - scout new locations (expenses paid) (Typically falls on a Monday - Thursday if needed)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Hours: Flexible between 7AM - 7PM; full-time.
