Pollo Regio is seeking Assistant Managers for our Fort Worth and Arlington restaurant locations. This position requires a customer focused individuals with previous restaurant experience, and a desire to succeed and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist the restaurant General Manager
- Customer focused
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Maintain facility cleanliness
- Successfully promote and publicize the brand
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
- Responsible for contributing to the corporate strategic growth plan
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant experience
- 1 to 2 years experience as a Assistant Manager
- Customer focused
- Clear understanding of teamwork
- Ability to work and learn in a fast paced environment
- College coursework preferred
- Associates degree a plus
