FUNCTION: Global Technical, Innovation & Supply ChainLocation can be anywhere globally..Position Overview:Scope & Impact: The scope of the role is global technical risk management and fit for purpose quality and food safety governance including the entire Beverages for L ife (B4L) product portfolio . The role has an impact and influence over the fit for purpose KO system QSE governance globally. The role is responsible to support the Global QSE governance leader building an effective , best in class Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF) in the area of Quality and Food Safety . Brings R isk intelligence and advanced analytics competencies to QSE as a dynamic approach to protect and create value amid uncertainty. Analyze global patterns and raise the flag where global QFS mitigation plans are necessary to put in place. I ntegrat e people, processes (systems), and tools to increase information available to decision makers for improved decision making end-to-end within the networked organization. E valuates information from different sources to predict and prevent quality and food safety incidents. The role is a Subject Matter Expert ( SM E) contributor within the networked organization . The role includes the functional areas of: Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF), KORE standards and requirements , fit for purpose governance ; data analytics, pattern and risk intelligence and analysis, mitigation plans, t rend analysis, orchestration of global mitigation programs.Focus Areas: Technical Risk Management (TRM): Collaborate with the OU, GAO , QFS SME teams t o identify proactively necessary risk patterns . Responsible for the central TRMF tool development and administrationAccountable and responsible to have in place and track technical risk management framework application roadmaps with compliance and continuous improvement demonstrated .Specific responsibilities: Work closely with QFS SMEs, SRA, platform services and internal/external risk experts to define quality and food risks Work closely with Corporate ERM team, and it is part of Company Risk routines, to ensure technical risk model is supporting the enterprise Risk Policy. Provide virtual and direct consulting support to O Us around the world to establish effective risk management assessments and risk mitigation programs Accountable and responsible for technical training content related to TRMF in quality and food safety. Collaborate internally, with academic institutions and with external bodies to ensure requirements remain current and reflect the latest thinking in this area of expertise Ensure the Food Safety risk in our system is managed by development and implementation of appropriate risk assessment strategies to cover R innovation, Quality by Design ( QbD ) productivity, manufacturing operations and other change activities with impact on supply chain operations across all product categories. The role is responsible to sustain the central structured QFS risk management systems and programs . Provide risk management and QFS specific risk intelligence SME advice and support to the O Us KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS Work Focus Create , maintain and track the QFS TRMF and proactive alert system. Dr ive compliance with the system partners and lead initiative planning across the networked organization to achieve goals . Emerging and extended Q FS risks are proactively flagged and consistently communicated and mitigated. Number of prevented QFS incidents is the key metrics measuring picture of success. Develop and deliver the next level analytical and risk intelligence capabilit ies. Connect strategically with external and internal networks and stakeholders to drive risk intelligence mindset and capabilities . Develop, implement and continuously improve the relevant QFS TRMF performance models and systems to track risks and global mitigation plans .Communication Focus W ork with internal functions and networks - ERM, OU T I , QFS , FS /ASL , SRA, PACS, SC , New Ventures , platform services C ommunicate QFS TRMF results, trends and alerts across the TI function Communicate Risk intelligence and QFS analyticsExperienceExperience in Risk intelligence, Analytics with strong understa n ding of Quality and Food Safety. Proven track record in successful contribution of risk intelligence transformation programs, change management , QSE governance . Proven successful track record in influencing diverse teams.
