Job Description

Seeking a Benefits Specialist with experience in insurance and employee benefits broker experience, Galleria, 50k-70k based on experience, small company
  • Experience in employee benefits and insurance is required
  • Experience calling carriers and assisting in choosing insurance plans
  • Working with an employee benefits broker
  • At least 3 years of working at a PEO is HIGHLY preferred
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to a everchanging environment, MUST be adaptable
  • Responsibilities include: creating & presenting presentations, creating benefit guides, marketing RFP's, conduct open enrollment presentations
  • Resolve member issues: claims, access, ID cards, pre-certifications
