We are growing and expanding and we're searching for more people like this to join our team.Your position as Assistant Manager would be to supervise the operations of the spa, welcome clients, cater to their needs, answer phones, and resolve customer service issues at spa-level. An Assistant Manager is part of the Spa Sydell team and is responsible for daily sales of retail product, services, series packages, and gift certificates. Overall main focus will be on exceptional customer service, and smooth daily operations.RequirementsSupervising Spa Operations Greeting guests Checking guests in and out for appointments Selling series and gift certificates Consistently providing excellent customer service Driving seasonal promotions Upholding Spa Sydell's core values of Perseverance, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Growth, Respect, and Guest Satisfaction Outstanding people and sales skills Friendly and welcoming demeanor Basic math, cash handling and computer skills Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun environment Ability to multi-task and prioritize History of punctuality, good attendance and reliability Will open and close the spa and must understand the procedures without supervision Sell series packages and gift certificates and upgrade clients Ensure excellent customer service is being met by all employees and technicians Will help supervise and delegate responsibility to the front desk team Must be sales-driven Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends and available to work all blackout months: August, December, February, May Willing to motivate the staff and promote an atmosphere that supports Spa Sydell's mission, values and visionBenefitsHealth Care Benefits, Spa Bucks to spend on treatments, Employee Discount on products.
