The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the shift when both the Assistant General Manager and Restaurant General Manager are present.RESPONSIBILITY: Assistant General Managers are responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager manage the daily operations of a specific restaurant location with the goal of improving customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability by ensuring that all employees are following all policies and procedures adopted by the company. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in meeting all budgetary goals such as food cost, labor, REV inspections, Speed of Service, NPS and Guest Track as well as other guest service measurement tools, staffing the restaurant via proper hiring, orientation and training of employees.
