Qualifications for Kitchen Manager

At least 3 years in a Kitchen Manager role or higher, along with previous experience in busy concepts

Must have strong leadership and staff development skills

Familiar with managing large teams of over 50

Previous high volume experience restaurant experience

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Background in working with systems

Ability to multi-task and quick problem solver

Reliable with strong work ethic

English/Spanish bilingual is preferred
