Breads Bakery - Breads Bakery is seeking a passionate, hospitality-focused individual who has an exceptional eye for detail, knowledge of business financials, and ability to train and inspire a large team.The successful candidate is people oriented and places value on the team, guests, and community we're a part of through remarkable leadership and service. We are looking for an individual with at least three years of management experience in a bakery or food service environment, with a proven commitment to results, and unrelenting spirit to continuously improve.Responsibilities & Expectations:Recognize the importance of providing extraordinary customer service and exemplifies this in interactions with customers, vendors and coworkers alike.Coordinate front-of-house operations and manage 30+ person team.Perform daily administrative tasks including but not limited to staff scheduling, daily banking and sales reports, beverage and operating supply purchasing, storage and inventory, and so on.Communicate with all departments and bakery locations to ensure proper product inventory and quality are maintained- recognizing that every day presents varying needs and adjusting numbers to minimize waste and optimize sales.Oversee staff throughout all shifts, delegating tasks as needed, ensuring responsibilities are met and, when possible, exceeded, facilitating and organizing new hire training, and coordinating department growth and development programs.Demonstrate management and leadership ability by building effective relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.Govern service recovery as needed with professionalism and sincerity.Foster a positive work environment and commitment to companys values.Skills & Requirements:Professional experience as a bakery store manager or relevant leadership role.Background in hospitality and/or the food & beverage industry (>3-year experience preferred).Experience in barista work, espresso drinks and coffee.Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving aptitude, and ability to multitask.Must work holidays and weekends.Ability to work on your feet for a full shift and lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift.DOH certification required- anticipated receipt of card acceptable only if examination is scheduled.Experience with Revel POS, preferred but not required.
