We are seekinga Team Lead Steward for a fast paced fine dining restaurant on Beaver Creek Mountain.The Team Lead Steward reports to the Executive Chef. The Team Lead Steward is an experienced BOH employee with a positive work ethic and general leadership qualities, who is career-oriented, creative, and active. The Team Lead Steward understands the importance of standards, speed, and quality. This position works under the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and General Manager to clean and maintain the established quality standards. This is a supervisory position. He/Shepossesses abilities in all applicable cleaning and sanitizing techniques and practices.
This position will assist in the training and monitoring of other stewards and assuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean, neat and well stocked.
