We currently have an opening for a Full time, Cook, to join our team of caring professionals.
Purpose of position: To implement menus and coordinate food preparation and serve meals. Cook food according to menus. Direct activities of workers who assist in preparing and serving meals. Clean and inspect equipment, kitchen appliances and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation. Take inventory of supplies and equipment. Perform and coordinate food production, cleaning, maintenance, and inventory control activities.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Two (2) or more years' experience in a food service role in preparing and serving in a hospital facility (behavioral Healthcare facility), preferred.
Licensures/Certification: ServSafe Certification or similar food safety certification preferred. Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification (will provide training for CPI), required.
