Responsibilities:

Assist On-Snow Services Manager with daily duties of on-hill operation such safety padding and risk management, lift function, special events, snow removal, brush removal, and light carpentry.

Skills:

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle, as well as an ATV and snowmobile
• Advanced level skier or snowboarder
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as individually

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 75 pounds (heavy lifting)
• Ability to endure repetitive actions, such as bending, standing, lifting, walking on all types of terrain including slopes, and climbing lift towers
• Ability to work in all weather conditions

Certifications/Diplomas/Prerequisites:

• High School diploma or equivalent
