A growing logistics and packaging company is looking for a temporary Benefits Specialist to assist with their rapid growth and open enrollment. This is an essential business, but the role is remote for right now. This is a thriving environment, with over 800 plus employees and growing.
Qualified candidates MUST have:
- Over three-plus years of benefits experience
- Degree preferred
- Understanding of Benefits, 401k, PTO, and LOA/FMLA administration
- Benefits allocation experience is a plus
- Experience with working with brokers and vendors
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - including intermediate Excel
- Hit the ground running, self-managed and adaptable
