Immediate hire for experienced restaurant manager. Locally owned cafe serving breakfast and lunch, great menu, great customer base.



Job Requirements:
  • Oversee all restaurant operations
  • Assigning duties to restaurant employees
  • Responsible for restaurant operations, food quality, customer service, food safety, menu, and margins
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Implement new ideas and programs to grow sales and increase profits
  • Ensure the quality of all menu items and customer service
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant and strategies for long term growth
  • Set up restaurant for opening and closing
  • Manage and build a $1-2 million restaurant business
  • Prepare reports for management on profitability of restaurant
  • Develop local restaurant marketing strategies to maximize sales
