Job Requirements:
- Oversee all restaurant operations
- Assigning duties to restaurant employees
- Responsible for restaurant operations, food quality, customer service, food safety, menu, and margins
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Implement new ideas and programs to grow sales and increase profits
- Ensure the quality of all menu items and customer service
- Managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant and strategies for long term growth
- Set up restaurant for opening and closing
- Manage and build a $1-2 million restaurant business
- Prepare reports for management on profitability of restaurant
- Develop local restaurant marketing strategies to maximize sales
