We are a popular waterfront resort located in the beautiful northwoods of Wisconsin. Our grounds include a full bar, supper club and 14 room lodge. In the winter, we are right on the snowmobile trail! The rest of the year locals and tourists also enjoy the hiking and biking trails immediate adjacent, the amazing season beauty, fishing, boating, swimming and so much more. The charm of Skyview has been enjoyed for generations. We get many who return on a regular basis since childhood.Tourists from all over the country make Skyview Lodge a destination. Job Requirements:
  • Close the bar and bar area and beverage areas
  • Unlock bar and set bar up for the day shift
  • Replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Replenish alcohol and bar supplies
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Prepare garnishes and stock bar
  • Prepare cocktails and other drinks
  • Prepare cocktails and other drinks
  • Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar
  • Take orders and serve food to guests seated at the bar
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar glasses, utensils, bar equipment, bar and billiard areas
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to guests
  • Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks for bar patrons
  • Set up and stock bar, maintain inventory; assist bar manager with inventory
  • Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
  • Ensure bar readiness at all times
  • Stock the bar with soft drinks, liquor, wine, beer, and other beverages
  • Provide food service to guests choosing to dine in the bar area
