TemPositions - We are gearing up for our busy season and have immediate openings for Culinary staff of any skill level. Positions include: Cook(s), Food prep(s) and Deli prep(s) for our corporate and school dining clientele. TemPositions offers a flexible schedule with most assignments being Monday through Friday, with weekend opportunities being an option as well.RESPONSIBILITIES:Set-up and break-down and sanitation of assigned work areaBasic food prep and/ or cooking for both the cafeteria and catering departmentFollow sanitation guidelines at all timesAdhere to safety standards, i.e., using cutting gloveWear non-slip work shoesSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:6 months of Culinary experienceExcellent Knife skillsGreat communication skillsFollow instructionsAbility to adapt to fast-changing environmentsFlexibilityTeam PlayerFollow all sanitation guidelinesFood Handlers Certificate preferred but not requiredServe Safe Certification preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
