Duration: 4 weeks (January 19, 2021 to February 12, 2021)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
As the Bank Concierge, you will be assisting customers with transactions through the ITM digital experience. Our goal is to humanize technology! While banking through an ITM is a digital experience, it is also a personal one with a live teller available.
- Must be high energy, friendly and outgoing, with a strong customer service background
- Comfortable with, and excited to learn new technology
- Exude confidence, friendliness and enthusiasm, speak clearly and respond appropriately
- Comfortable with being "on stage" for long hours, being outside all day, and on your feet all day, while remaining enthusiastic with big smiles!
- Banking experience preferred
- Be stationed next to the ITM to greet individuals as they enter the branch or drive into the drive-thru. Greet and ask if you can help the customer...
- Encourage customers to use the new technology for any transaction that can be completed with the LIVE Teller; you're just encouraging, NOT forcing, customers to use this technology. It is NOT required.
- Explain to the customer how to prepare (ID, check endorsed etc.)
- Get the customer started, then step away and let the LIVE teller take over. If they choose to use the new ITM automated system then guide the customer through the session
- Offer customer a stylus as a "thank you" for trying the new ITM
