Job Description

We are hiring our Service Line Specialist within our AI & Analytics business to serve our portfolio of clients in Retail Consumer Goods and Hospitality. We are looking for a key leader with deep experience selling Artificial Intelligence and Analytics consulting services and solutions.


Your overall objective is to help clients in their Analytics & AI transformation journey and help them move from a data driven business to an insight driven business.


Locations: Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas

About AI & Analytics: Artificial intelligence (AI) and the data it collects and analyzes will soon sit at the core of all intelligent, human-centric businesses. By decoding customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, our clients can understand exactly what services, products, and experiences their consumers need. Within AI & Analytics, we work to craft the future-a future in which trial-and-error business decisions have been replaced by informed choices and data-supported strategies. By applying AI and data science, we help leading companies prototype, refine, validate, and scale their AI and analytics products and delivery models.

Experience positioning digital deals primarily in Retail Travel or Hospitality domain with B2C experience preferably in a presales capacity. Experience stitching complex stories together in a narrative. Ability to work in high pressure environment driving consensus with a cross functional team. Work with others who have different expertise. Spent 6 -8 years in digital agency or SI in ideally a business dev role. Work with talented designers in a highly collaborative supportive environment. Work as an integrated team with Product Technology and Business partners to define and solve problems. Experience in UX design and core service design methods and processes. Ability and desire to work in all phases of the design process thinking and making. Depth in at least one practice area- experience strategy- service design- interaction design- visual design or design research that sets you apart from the pack! A passion for creating new methods and practices is desirable
