Performs a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas.
Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services.
Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies andprocedures.Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including tray delivery and catering special events.Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.Reports to: Director of Nutritional Services

Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Valid Food Service Worker Permit from the Board of Health at next available food handler permit class.Minimum Work ExperiencePrevious food service experience preferred.
