To assist Property CXP customers (homeowners, inspectors, carriers) with any questions or concerns they may have with the task inspection being performed by program inspectors; to ensure that all client and customer expectations are met and/or exceeded to the best of our ability.


Receives, reviews and dispatches new jobs to inspectors based on job type and location.
Places outbound calls to customers, assigns inspectors, makes customer appointments, provides assistance to inspectors, and sets up program expectations.
Monitors pending jobs and makes follow-up calls to inspectors and homeowners to ensure that the process is going smoothly and answers questions as needed.
Receives inbound calls to answer customer service questions, resolve minor issues, and schedule appointments for customers with inspectors or escalate issues to the proper channels.
Attendance during scheduled work hours is required. Weekend work and/or schedule will be required. Flex hours may be required. Off-setting shift schedules will be required.


  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).


Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.


One (1) year of experience in customer service industry, construction management, restoration and/or insurance claims and customer service required.

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
