Responsible for analyzing, reporting and developing recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics. Design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness for all Consumer Research channels in the company.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study; or any equivalent combinations of relevant background and work experience.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years' experience in data analysis.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to manipulate large sets of data. Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Knowledge of complex principles and procedures of computer systems, including analysis and design. Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities. Excellent organizational skills to gather and document business requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Must have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, have strong desire to learn, and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a time-sensitive sales environment. Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality while handling sensitive material and topics. Ability to prioritize and manage workload. Ability to be forward-thinking and identify gaps of requests customers want today and how that may impact future decisions. Works independently toward meeting or exceeding personal and team goals. Proficiency in Hyperion, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and basic SQL preferred.
