River Bend Assisted Living, a 94-unit assisted living and memory care facility, is currently seeking compassionate Full-Time Servers to serve our residents, employees, and family member's meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike. Safety is our number one priority. Staff are provided with personal protective equipment.
Our riverfront community located just east of downtown Rochester offers picturesque views and access to the Zumbro River walking path. Staff enjoy the convenience of being located near restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, health care providers, and the renowned Mayo Clinic.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working a varied schedule including every other weekend.
Hours: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Server responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
- Take resident orders and serve meals when orders are ready.
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
- Assemble items needed for meals and deliver meal carts to appropriate areas.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Server skills and requirements:
- Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Restaurant experience a plus!
