What we expect: Job duties include but are not limited to: Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Offer interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals Offer pre-determined menu selections to each guest; maintain knowledge of each selection's, origin, taste, and preparation method; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the F&B Manager and/or kitchen; check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order; transport items to the guest table/ guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. Communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards. Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions; respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Set-up, decorate, clean, breakdown tables and food stations. Assist the needs of all guests in the function room providing them with reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic service. Maintain the cleanliness in the pool area. Respond properly and quickly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service; ensure that guest corridors and service landings are free from tray tables and debris. Ideal candidate will have: Minimum two years' food service experience; Server experience preferred. Knowledge of MICROS preferred One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred Food Handlers Certifications required Work authorization in the United States Ability to carry and balance a tray. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions. This position REQUIRES an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. What You'll Do: The Employee Housing Manger oversees all housing programs and services for Beaver Run Resort's workforce housing. We have a dedicated complex, Kings Ridge Condominiums, that consists of 31 company-owned units with a capacity of 100+ employees. Employee housing is a crucial component of our staffing model and allows team members to transition into our Breckenridge community at an affordable rate. The resident population includes a mix of domestic and international employees comprised of year-round and seasonal employees. This position encompasses the entire housing experience including developing strategies, analyzing use to ensure optimization, day-to-day operations, partnering with management to provide a seamless experience for residents, communicating with residents, and maintaining and upgrading the units. This individual will coordinate with internal departments and third parties to complete necessary tasks. Creating and managing operational and CAMM (Capital and Major Maintenance) budgets. Administering all resident agreements and other documents associated with the housing program and property. Evaluating and establishing rental rates and overseeing payroll deductions. Developing and executing repair and preventive maintenance plans for all units. Ensuring unit quality standards are met including furnishings, appliances, kitchen inventory, etc. Addressing resident complaints and concerns. Monitoring resident activity and addressing inappropriate behavior including issuing warnings and evictions when appropriate. Creating and managing long-term asset management plan including documenting age and condition of property content and replacement and upgrade schedule. Conducting property inspections before and after occupancy for move-ins and move-outs and intermittently during occupancy.
