Frequently check the buffet line to ensure that there is an appropriate amount of food available Replenish the buffet with food, beverages and/or supplies as needed Remove and dispose of leftover food at the end of breakfast Close and clean the buffet area according to established standards Ensure inventory is stocked and properly stored Qualifications 1-2 years' experience working in food service Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects in excess of 50 pounds with assistance. Stands, sits, or walks for an extended time period. Must be available to work an early morning schedule. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
