Our Mount Carmel Bluffs community is seeking part-time Servers / Dietary Aides / Dining Aides / Culinary Assistants to join our team. Many shifts include 3-4 hours and easily work with school or other commitments. These positions may include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

Mount Carmel Bluffs, a shared ministry of the Sisters of Charity, BVM and Presbyterian Homes & Services, will be a new senior community in a beautiful and serene location atop the bluffs of Dubuque, Iowa, overlooking the Mississippi River.

This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Care Center/Long Term Care

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

* Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.

* Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
