Apply today!Sous Chef Responsibilities:Oversee all culinary operationsMaintain and develop superior sanitation practices Maintain and build the prepared food from a complementary perspective, while remaining true to our visionMotivate the market staff to maintain a sense of self-pride and passion for food, service, and high standardsMaintain all merchandising standards, display presentation, signing standards, and monitor inventory levelsWork side by side with the executive chef to increase and maintain guest satisfactionSous Chef Requirements: 4+ years' experience in high-volume food production and/or merchandising Culinary arts degree or similar a plus Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P and budgeting functions Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Well-organized with the ability to meet timelines and show results through initiatives
