The JFK catering operation services 170 daily flights to the West Coast, Caribbean and future plans to fly to London, UK. The Manager Operations also serves as manager on duty for the catering facility. Come join us at this exciting time of growth and expansion! Responsible for Assemblers and Drivers performance, operational, quality and the regulatory aspects of the Airline Catering Commissary. Oversees the staff and manages resources, schedules and performance issues. Responsible for flight assembly and aircraft catering timeliness and quality of the product and service.
