Inspire Brands is looking for a Franchise Candidate Specialist who will be responsible for interviewing and qualifying new franchisees for all brands (Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, Rusty Taco, and Sonic. This role works directly with the brand Franchising Teams and Franchise Development to move deals from raw leads to qualified status. • From initial contact, information review, FDD receipt, application collection, qualification steps, scheduling meetings and webinars and tracking and monitoring all leads through the "early stage" sales pipeline, then turn over to Market Development Directors or Managers as a qualified candidate. • Success requires the ability to learn about a variety of brands quickly, to identify quality priority leads from limited information, make connections easily, builds relationships, communicate effectively across a wide range of clients (7 brands) and channels (web, SMS, email, chat, telephone, written correspondence) and executes with precision and careful attention to detail. • Prepares, coordinates, and distributes all communications relative to franchise sales lead generation activities, metric tracking, and reporting against established lead generation goals and providing leading metric reports to the team weekly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 1-2 years' experience in franchise sales lead generation activities, or equivalent relevant sales call experience. Highly computer proficient and comfortable in a CRM environment. Ideally prior experience with Emax or Salesforce. Responsibilities: Team player who will take 'ownership' and responsibility for franchise lead generation activities and responsiveness. Strong level information to other departments in a timely and accurate manner. Deliver timely and accurate reporting on all aspects of franchise lead generation results and development portfolio as needed.
