JOB DESCRIPTION: Pay Range: $76,618 - $95,773/year, DOE + Benefits The Process Analyst is responsible for documenting, measuring, and analyzing existing processes, identifying process improvement opportunities, and designing new processes. Meets with internal clients, facilitates working sessions, and benchmarks process performance against established industry standards. Documents relevant policies, procedure, and other artifacts. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Tasks: Tracks and compares business process performance internally and benchmarks externally with like organizations and industries, using APQC guidelines and frameworks that utilize process mapping. Utilizes assessments for recommended business process change. Coordinates with Change Management for communication and implementation of strategic change initiatives. As-is process assessment, benchmarking and performance assessments, to-be documentation and downstream change management coordination. Meets with stakeholders to present findings and discuss areas of focus for improvement within their business unit. Collaborates with management and staff to determine the efficacy of the processes. Works within business units to analyze established processes. Gathers and processes data to identify process performance areas. Recommends workflow and process strategies to improve business performance. Creates and presents process reports based on anticipated needs through KPI's analysis for leadership approval. Responsible for supporting the implementation of revised company processes and workflows. Monitors the efficacy of updated workflows using KPI data. Stays up to date with the latest business practices and technologies. Edcuation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or other related field or equivalent work experience. Experience: Experience in process management or related field preferred. Additional Requirements: Solid understanding of business functions, flows, and processes. Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
